Rabbit recipe with mushrooms to brandy

For 6 people ::
2 ud. Rabbit (better if they are from mount)
2 kg. mushrooms
1.5 l. broth
2 soup spoon brandy
3 sliced fried bread
50 gr. Toasted and peeled almond
laurel
olive oil
condiments

Ingredients to do rabbit with mushrooms to brandy:

2. flambe with the brandy, remove the liver and add the mushrooms chopped in raw.

3. Sauté everything together a few minutes and add the broth.

4. When it starts boiling, slow down with the casserole covered until it is tender.
