Rabbit recipe with curry sauce

A 2 Kg rabbit is lava well and more or less. It is chopped and the pieces are flourled slightly.

Ingredients to make rabbit with curry sauce:
1 2 kg rabbit
flina
butter
garlic
apple green
1 onion
1/2 tablespoon of curry
1/2 liter of broth

2. They are fried over high heat in 60 gr. of butter or margarine until they are well golden everywhere.

3. in another saucepan with 90 gr. From butter a garlic is saute until it is very golden.

4. The garlic is removed and put in the butter a green apple in a minced medium-sized to small pieces.

5. A finely chopped median onion and 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder (or to taste).

6. let it fry slowly until the onion is tender and 2 tablespoons of flour and salt to taste are added.

7. It is removed continuously and after 2 minutes is poured 1/2 liter or less of hot broth.

8. The pieces of rabbit are added, the casserole is covered, the heat is lowered and slowly boils 40-45 minutes or until the meat is tender.

9. The liquid is allowed to reduce and the rabbit is served in a fountain with cooking juices accompanied by boiled rice, in separate plate.
