Rabbit recipe with beer and mushrooms

Ingredients to make rabbit with beer and mushrooms:
For 4 people ::
1 rabbit of 1,500 kg in pieces.
200 g of mushrooms.
4 onion.
2 tablespoons of oil. Dry plums.
1/2 tablespoon of juniper berries (optional).

2. In a large casserole we brown the onion in oil and butter for 4 minutes.

3. We remove from the casserole and reserve.

4. In the same oil we brown the rabbit pieces and salt and pepper.

5. We incorporate the onions, watee with beer, add the thyme and bay, juniper berries (optional), revolve well and lead to boiling.

6. When it breaks to boil, cover and cook for 30 minutes over low heat, moving frequently.

7. Add the plums and continue cooking about 25 more minutes until the rabbit is almost caramelized and wrapped in a sauce with the consistency of a syrup.

8. Add the mushrooms sauteed to the sauce and boil.
