Rabbit recipe to vinaigrette

We clean the rabbit well and cut it into eighths.

Ingredients to make rabbit to the vinaigrette:
1 rabbit.
1 cup of wine vinegar.
8 pickles in vinegar.
100 g of fresh onion.
2 dl of oil. almonds.

2. In a clay casserole we start the oil, vinegar, water, onion, pickles and rabbit previously spoiled.

3. We cover the casserole and put on the fire.

4. When the boil starts, we lower the heat to a minimum and let the ingredients cook at least 45 minutes.

5. If there will be little caldoso during cooking, we add more water.

6. Meanwhile in the blender or mortar, we chop the toast with the peeled almonds and garlic.

7. At 20 minutes of cooking we add half of the chopped and stir well.

8. Once cooking is over, when the rabbit is very tender, we add the rest of the mince.

9. We serve very hot adorning it with the chip.
