Rabbit recipe stoofado with onion

The rabbit is cleaned, chopped and puts in marinade for twelve hours.

Ingredients to make stew rabbit with onion:
4 people ::
salt
pepper
3 chopped carrot
2 sheets laurel
1 very fine chopped onion
2 very chopped leek
50gr. flour
250ml Virgin olive oil
4 teeth garlic
1 vessel white wine
1 branch parsley
1 branch tomillo
1 overwhelming saffron
200gr. Ham in dice
250ml consommé
18 onions
1 rabbit

2. The marinade consists of garlic, oil, chopped onion, thyme, parsley, laurel, salt and pepper, white wine and a little vinegar.

3. In a casserole, the hot oil is put on, the rabbit is drained, it is passed through flour and puts a stoop throwing the ham, the legumes and the wine.

4. When it is half cooking, the onion and saffron, the consommé are thrown out and puts in the oven, giving it from time to time with the consommé itself so that it does not remain dry.

5. Once cooked, you pass to a casserole, the sauce is drained and it is thrown over.

6. Observations can be served with hazelnut potatoes and sprinkled with chopped parsley.
