Rabbit recipe or garlic hare

The entire animal in salt water is boiled, changing the water once, until it is very soft.

1 rabbit or hare (1.5 kg. Approx.) cumin
salt
olive oil
coriander.

2. In a source the vinegar, the oregano, the cumin, the ground garlic in the mortar, the salt and the pepper are placed.

4. Remove the animal from the water and still hot separate it into dams, place it inside the fountain and bathe it in the liquid until it is past.
