Rabbit frying recipe

Cut the rabbit into quite the same pieces.

Ingredients to make rabbit fry:
For 4 people ::
1 rabbit of 1,300 kg.
1 kg. of tomatoes
oil
4 green peppers and 4 reds
400 gr. of potatoes
1 cup of white or cognac
salt.

2. Salar them and put them to fry in a Honda pan with plenty of oil.

3. When they begin to take color, add the green peppers cut into strips and keep in the fire so that it is done little by little.

4. Apart roasting red peppers in the oven.

5. Once roasted, peel and cut them.

6. Add to the pan.

7. Let them sauté a little and add the chopped and peeled tomatoes, along with the wine or cognac.

8. Keep 15 more minutes.

9. Cut the elongated potatoes and fry them in abundant oil.

10. Pass the rabbit to a table source and serve accompanied by fried potatoes.
