Ingredients to make quail with peppers:
2. We take 4 quail, if possible, we burn the feathers and clean.
3. We sprink them with cognac and salt.
4. Next, we wrap them in bacon slices and put them, each, in a roasted, whole and clean pepper, also watered with cognac.
5. Once introduced in the peppers, they are placed in a casserole with a little oil and cover together with the potatoes so that they serve as garrison.
6. They are introduced into the oven at 180 ºC and are being done slowly, with the juice of the bacon and the peppers.
7. In about 50 minutes, they will be ready.
8. To serve them, they are placed in a clay fountain and the juices are thrown over accompanied by the potatoes.
