Chop the onions in fine strips (julienne cut), along with the carrot in slices, the garlic in sheets and the apple into pieces, and fry in a casserole with the hot oil.

For 4 people :: 4 quail. 2 onions. 1 carrot. 1 garlic clutch. Some parsley bouquets. Black pepper in grain. Salt. |

2. We clean the quail and season them inside and out.
3. We incorporate the quail into the vegetable and the sofrite apple and sauté the set.
4. When the quail are golden we pour the white wine, pepper, parsley and a little salt to taste.
5. Lets sauté the set and add a glass of water.
6. We slowly cook all the ingredients, until we get the quail to be tender and the cooked vegetable.
7. We remove the vegetables from the casserole, we pass them through the Pasapurés and then through the strainer.
8. We put the quail into the sauce again and give a boil putting the set to the set if necessary.
9. For the garrison we peel some reinetas apples, cut them into wedges and remove their hearts.
10. With a little olive oil and a pinch of salt and sugar, we introduce apples into the microwave at medium power, covered with a little transparent paper.
11. In two minutes we have the garrison with which we will accompany the quail in sauce.
