Quail recipe in peppers

Clean and empty the quail, leaving them whole. Season inside and out. Inside put an entire garlic clove in each one.

Ingredients to make quail in peppers:
4 quail
4 fresh and large peppers
4 cloves of garlic
pepper white
oil
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
a minced garlic clone
salt
