Pochas recipe with quail

2. We scald the tomato (submerge it in boiling water to peel it) for two minutes and peel it.

3. Next we put the pochas to cook with cold water in a casserole.

4. We brown the quail slightly in a pan with a little oil; Once golden we reserve them out of the fire.

5. In the oil where we have golden the quail, we poach over heat the scallion, the green pepper, the piquillo pepper, the tomato and the garlic.

6. Lets cook the pochas for 40 minutes and, when they are almost cooked, add vegetables and quail.

7. We let the set for 30 more minutes, until the pochas and quail are cooked.

8. If the broths were the pochas, we took a few with a little broth, we crush them with the blender and add them to the casserole.

9. In this way, the cocidito will be thicker.
