Ingredients to make chicken piccata:

1. Sprinkle the chicken fillets to taste, place the flour on a plate and pass the meat through it to batter it a little. Thus, the piccata chicken will be more juicy.

2. Put a pan or casserole to the fire, add a stream of oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. When hot, dora the chicken fillets on both sides, take them out and reserve them.

3. In the same pan, and taking advantage of what has been stuck from the chicken, add one more tablespoon of oil. Pick a couple of garlic, add them to the pan and let it cook over low heat until they begin to take color.

4. When the garlic begins to take color, pour the white wine and let it cook for 3-4 minutes or until alcohol evaporates. Squeeze the lemons, add a part of the juice and a glass of broth. You can wear homemade chicken broth or dissolve in a glass of hot water a broth or consommé pill. Let the sauce be cooked for 10 minutes over medium-low heat. Salt test, add a little more pepper if you like it and decide if you want to add more lemon juice, since the final amount will depend on your liking.

5. When the sauce has boiled a few minutes, it incorporates the meat fillets and let the chicken piccata be cooked for 3-4 more minutes. Then add a handful of capers and 1-2 tablespoons of butter. Try the sauce to see if it is to your liking, especially lemon, since if you are strong you can lighten it with a little water.

6. Move the casserole for 5 minutes for the sauce to thickely with the flour that the chicken carries and voila. If the sauce is very light, put a little water in a glass, I spread a flour spoon and add it. It serves this incredible piccata chicken recipe in a fountain with the sauce and adds a handful more caps.
