Oven stuffed tavita recipe

Ingredients to make baked tavita:
1 papita of 4 or 5 kg
200 g of fresh bacon
1 onion
1 apple (reineta variety)
6 or 7 Pasas Pasas
500 ml of dry white wine
salt and pepper to taste
1 glass of bold rum
butter of pork
500 ml of bird broth
1 kg of small potatoes (approximately)

Ingredients to make baked tavita:

1. We preheat the oven at 180 ºC and we start with the preparation of the baked tavite filling: in a bowl we put the boneless and cut plums by halves with the rum and leave them macery half an hour or so.

2. In a pan with a tad of oil we fry the onion, the bacon and the apple cut into diced for 4 minutes. Add the plums, sauté and remove from heat.

3. We fill the little papita with the block of apples, plums and bacon, and bid.

4. We salt and pepper and spread the pave with the butter.

5. We peel and leave the small potatoes.

6. In a baking sheet we put the papita stuffed face down with the potatoes around.

7. We put the baked tipita stuffed for 2 hours approx. Every half hour we bathe with the bird broth and wine. Half the time we turn around and continue to sauce. We check that you are clinging with a stick.



Trick: The cooking time of the baked pave depends on the size of the same so you have to check if it is made.

8. Remove from the baking sheet and let the pabite roasted 10 minutes.





9. To prepare the salsa for the oven stuffed tick, remove the potatoes from the tray and reduce the liquid that has remained a little, or add cornstarch to thicken it.
