500 g chicken hygaditos 2 chalotas 5 tablespoons olive oil salt freshly ground pep G mayonna 1/2 teaspoon of mustard 1/2 teaspoon of chopped chives 1/2 teaspoon of sugar |

8. Reduce the temperature, cover and leave a few more minutes. Wash and drain vegetables, chop with your hands and dispose of a tray or dishes. Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, chives and sugar until you get a homogeneous cream.
9. Put the hygaditos on the lettuce and water with the cream.
