For 4 people :: 1 Rabbit of kilo and a half 1 onion 250 grams of tomatoes 1 lemon 2 cloves 1 cup of white wine 1 laurel leaf | Garnish :: ¼ kilo of potatoes 1 onion 1 carria 100 grams of mushrooms perejil salt and pepper |

2. We put a casserole with olive oil in the fire and when the oil is hot, we throw the pieces of rabbit together with the onion, the tomatoes and the garlic cloves, all well peeled and chopped.
3. Once the rabbit and vegetables add the bay leaf, the white wine glass and the same water measure.
4. We cover the casserole and let everything cook for 1 hour.
5. We prepare the garrison putting to cook over low heat some potato slices, onion strips, carrot slices and chopped mushrooms.
6. All vegetables are cooked over low heat in a pan with a little oil.
7. When the garrison is cooked we put salt and sprinkle with a little chopped parsley.
8. At the time of serving we accompany the pieces of the rabbit on the plate with the made garrison.
