2. Once the thighs are brown down the heat and add the peeled and diced carrots, the green pepper cut into strips and the peeled and chopped garlic cloves.
3. Add a glass of water, cover the casserole and let cook over low heat for 1 hour, removing from time to time.

5. We also remove the pieces of carrot and green pepper that will subsequently serve as decoration and garrison.
