Ingredients to make mushroom cream:
1. To perform this recipe the first thing we do is cook the chicken breasts at medium temperature. If you prefer, you can make them grilled.
2. Apart, we prepare the mushroom cream. To do this, we mix the milk, the milk cream, a pinch of salt and the mushrooms cut into sheets. We cook over low heat for 10 minutes. If you want me to be a bit lighter, you can add a splash of milk.
3. Now, we add the chicken broth cube and a pinch of pepper, stir well. To thicken the cream, we incorporate the wheat flour mixed with a little cold water. Let the sauce cook for 5 more minutes.
4. When the sauce is ready, add the chicken breasts and let everything together with 5 more minutes.
5. Serve the breasts with hot mushroom cream and decorating with peppermint. This is a very simple and flavor recipe.
