For 4 people :: 1 rabbit 1 small onion 1 tablespoon of flour 2 garlic 2 tablespoons of fried tomato 1 sprig of parsley 10 almonds 2 dl of white wine 1 tablespoon of vinegar oil 2 sheets of laurel. |
Ingredients to make mounting rabbit in sauce:
2. in the excess oil fry the liver of the rabbit and place in a mortar.

4. Incorporate the wine, the laurel, the parsley, the previously crushed liver and the chopped almonds.
