Milano turkey recipe

In a bowl mix the first 4 ingredients. Pass the turkey through the beaten eggs and then through bread crumbs.

Ingredients to make turkey milano:
1/2 cup of bread crumbs, thin and dry
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 teaspoon Dry basil
1/4 teaspoon dry oregano
6 halves of turkey breasts
1 egg beaten
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 package of sauce for spaghettis 1.5 oz.

2. Heat the oil and brown the turkey on both sides, remove and drain the dams in absorbent paper tollas.

3. Put the turkey in an greased baking source. Mix the tomato sauce with spaghettis sauce, stir well and pour over the turkey. Cover and cook 25 minutes in the oven at 350F.

4. Remove the turkey from the oven. Put 1 slice of mozzarella cheese on each turkey dam. Bake uncovered for 5 more minutes or until the cheese melts.

5. Ideal to accompany with green salad or roasted potato.
