Mexican turkey ingredients:
1. We make a stir-fry in olive oil with garlic, chives, leek, purple onion, yellow and orange pepper and pearl onion, all well minced.
2. When almost ready, add the turkey pieces and then 2 cups of water. We let cook over low heat. We peel the chickpeas (if they are natural better) and reserve them for a moment.
3. When the turkey is half cook, we add the chickpeas, a little seasoned tomato paste, stir and let cook. If you prefer, you can use beans instead of chickpeas, the result will be equally good.
4. Let the chickpeas thick and the turkey cook well. Finally, we incorporate a chicken broth bucket and let it dissolve in the stew.
