Juane recipe of the jungle

The Juane de la Selva is a flag dish of the Amazon Peruvian cuisine, it is originally from the Moyobamba region. Juanes name comes from the ancient Peruvians who cooked their food wrapped in bijao leaf (a sheet that looks like banana) over low heat, this cooking was called

Ingredients to make Juane de la Selva:

Ingredients to make Juane de la Selva:
