Italian stuffed chicken recipe

Empty the chicken and remove the maximum fat.

Italian stuffed chicken ingredients:
1 chicken of 1500 gr
1 onion
1 carrot
1 sprig of celery
1 potato
1 sprig of parsley
1 tablespoon of thick salt
100 gr of chopped veal
50 gr of fresh sausages
100 gr of pate
200 gr of mortadella
50 gr of grated cheese
2 eggs
30 gr of butter
250 ml of sauce bechamel
some bread

Italian stuffed chicken ingredients:

2. Cook the chicken with the vegetables in a pot with water and salt.

3. Leave for 2 hours.

4. In a bowl, put the minced meat, the meat of the sausages, the poultry, the mortadel, the cheese and the chopped parsley. Mix and season.

5. Add the eggs, the breadcrumbs and mix again.

6. Remove the chicken, once cooked, and split it in half in a longitudinal direction without cutting the part of the spine.

7. Take all the cheeses that can be of the part of the breast.

8. Put some bechamel to the minced meat and mix.

9. With this mixture fill the chicken cavity.

10. Put the chicken in an oven source and let the filling.

11. Once cooked, cover with a little bechamel all the chicken and put back to the oven to gratin.

12. Serve with the cooked potato cut into slices, as well as the carrot.

13. For 4 people.
