Ingredients to make hygaditos and chicken gizzards in sauce:
100 g of chicken boys
100 g of chicken grilles
2 tomatoes
1 onion
1 glass of white wine
salt
white pepper or black
olive oil
1 clove of minced garlic
chopped garlic

Ingredients to make hygaditos and chicken gizzards in sauce:
