Ingredients to make chicken wings. |
20 units of chicken wings. 2 units of mature tomatoes. 1 large unit of headball. 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil (of your preference) salt. |
Ingredients to make chicken wings.
2. Clean one by one the chicken wings removing the additional waste that is left in them (feathers)
3. Put the wings in a glass refractory and take them to the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.
4. Wash the tomato and cut it into pictures to make a stew.
5. Remove the outer layer from the onion and cut it into small pictures.
6. In a large pan add the sunflower oil and brown the onion until it is transparent.
7. Once the onion is transparent, add the tomato in pictures.
8. Add salt, pepper and a little dry oregano. Let keep for 10 to 15 minutes maximum.
9. Once the stew is add one or two tablespoons of milk or cream. Turn off the fire. Stir.
10. In a cup or bowl add the chicken wings and on top of the stew. Serve and enjoy.
