Ingredients to make stewed chicken meatballs: |
ALBONDIGAS: 500 grams of ground chicken breast ¼ cup of onion 2 garlic cloves 1 egg unit 1 cup of breadcrumbs | Salsa: 3 tomato units (without skin or seed) ¼ onion unit 1 clove of garlic 2 units of chipotle 2 cups of vegetable broth or chicken 1 pinch of salt 1 pinch of pepper pepper pepper |

Ingredients to make stewed chicken meatballs:
1. In a bowl beat the egg and integrate the ground chicken, onion and garlic finely chopped and finally, the ground bread.
2. Mix all ingredients well until you get a homogeneous paste. Form with it small balls (which will be the meatballs) and reserve.
3. For sauce, liquefy perfectly well all ingredients, except the broth. Place the mixture in a fire pot and add the meatballs along with the broth.
4. Let it boil until chicken meatballs sneak well. Let the sauce reduce a few minutes and serve with rice, puree or any garnish of your liking.
