Ingredients to make Gallitos in Ramling sauce:
1 Gallito of 1500 gr.
50 gr. of butter
2 onions media
175 gr. of laminated mushroom
salt
pepper white
1/2 of wine rieing
30 cl. of fish broth
30 cl. cream

Ingredients to make Gallitos in Ramling sauce:

2. Cut the tiny onion and anchor it with the butter until it is tender, add the mushrooms and cook for 20 minutes, season and add the wine and the broth. Cook gently.

3. Add the cream and link the sauce. Put the sauce on top of the fillets and serve.
