Mix in the blender the foie-gras, the fresh cheese, the Jerez and the parsley. Season it with salt and pepper and place it in a large tarrina.

1 copita of jerrez dry
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
1 tarrina of fresh cheese
ADDITIONAL CHARACTERISTICS: Ideal accompany with white wine
