Field rabbit recipe with mushrooms

Macerate meat in wine, bay and thyme, for 24 hours.

Ingredients to make field rabbit with mushrooms:
1 Clean and chopped field rabbit
350 ml of quality red wine
2 laurel leaves
300 ml of meat broth
300 g of clean and cut mushrooms
1 tablespoon of machacadas almonds

2. In a clay casserole heat the oil. Drain the meat, reserving the liquid and brown it in the casserole. Add the carrot, garlic, onion and sauté a few more minutes.

3. Add some wine from maceration and broth and let cook over medium heat, until the meat is tender. Rectify the seasoning point.

4. In a pan saute the mushrooms and add to the rabbit. Fry the rabbits liver, chop and crush along with the almonds.

5. Add to the casserole and let cook a few more minutes. Serve at the same source.
