For 6 people :: 1 Faisán Grande 1.5 kilos of leeks 2 onions 1/2 bottle of cider 100 gr. of butter 6 slices of bread salt pepper |

2. Found half of the butter in a casserole and add the leeks, remove, salt and pepper and add 300 ml. of cider.
3. Cover the casserole and let cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.
4. Meanwhile brown the Faisan, previously chopped, with the rest of the butter and add the onion cut to discs.
5. When the leeks are well confited, place the pheisan and gold onions on them, add the rest of the cider and continue cooking for an hour.
6. To serve, spread the slices of bread with butter and brown them, place them in a fountain or in the previously heated dishes, cover with a bed of leeks, a piece of very golden and tender pheisan, and wet with a little of their sauce .
