Encebolled quail recipe

Chop the onions in fine strips (julienne cut) and fry in a casserole with hot oil.

Ingredients to make onbek quail:
4 quail
2 onions
6 tablespoons of olive oil
1 glass of cider
some parsley tacks
black pepper in grain
salt
white rice of garrison
