Ingredients to make easy and quick tavita:
1. We started making the pavita picing the onion in squares, chop or grind the garlic cloves.
2. In a pot with oil season the onion and garlic.
3. Add the prey of Pavita and let 5 min, turn several times to be browned on both sides.
4. Add an apple vinegar jet, sprinkle pepper and cumin. Mix and turn the dams.
5. Add the panca chili (special chili) and mix.
6. Add water and salt to taste, let cook for approx 30 min in cover, watching that water is not evaporated, if necessary add water. The cooking time will depend on the thickness of Pavitas dams.
7. When the papita is cooked, in a cup with water add half a spoon of chuno powder and mix. Add to the pot and mix. This serves to thicken. If it is very thick to add water. Let cook for 5 min and turn off fire. You can accompany the pave with rice and/or popes sanctioned.
