Duck recipe with orange sauce

Place the duck in the oven fountain with the bacon, carrots and onions.

Ingredients to make duck with orange sauce:
1.5 kilos of duck
8 slices of bacon
1 carrot cut into slices
1 onion cut into slices
1 sprig of parsley
1 pinch of thyme
1 laurel leaf
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of ground black pepper
150 ccs of white wine
300 ccs of chicken broth
2 teaspoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of vinegar
1 orange, the juice
0.5 lemon the juice
1 orange corteza

Ingredients to make duck with orange sauce:

2. Add the parsley, thyme, bay and salt and pepper with salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes, turning the duck so that it is brown on all sides.

3. Add the white wine, let it evaporate, then add the chicken broth.

4. Bring to boil and cover with aluminum foil, place it in preheated oven to 180º Celsius and cook for 1 hour.

5. For sauce, put the sugar into a saucepan, pour two tablespoons of vinegar on top and caramel over medium heat.

6. Add the juice to El Tocino, the carrot and the onion of Fuente del Pato, previously removed and also add the orange juice and boil it.

7. Mix and go through a Chinese sauce.

8. Boil the orange cortex cut into very thin strips for 5 minutes and add to the sauce.

9. Presentation, remove the oven duck, place it on plate and pour the sauce on top.

10. The duck with orange sauce is excellent with steamed potatoes.
