Ingredients to make fried curry chicken:
2. Salpimentar and flour (40 gr) chicken pieces.
3. In a hot pan with a little oil, seal the chicken until you get a golden color on both side.
4. Remove the chicken and a little of the fat that they release. In the same pan add the onion and garlic with salt, cook over low heat until the onion is translucent.
5. Add the flour (20 gr) and revolver.
6. Add the curry powder and stir.
7. Add the broth and chilli, rectify the taste with salt and pepper. Show cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
8. Bring the chicken pieces slowly and cook covered for approximately 25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked.
9. Serve the chicken, cover with the sauce. Bring white rice and fresh salad.
