Ingredients to make curry chicken with white rice:
1. We chop the chicken and put it in a wide bowl to salt and pepper and pour the lemon juice. We put curry to taste and let it marinate for a while for the chicken to take flavor.
2. Meanwhile, to move forward with the curry chicken recipe we take the opportunity to chop the onion, garlic and apple finely, as shown in the photograph.
3. We put olive oil in a large or pot pan and heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken to the curry and lemon well drained, and saute. When done, we reserve it for later.
