2. Mix the flour with the sweet paprika, the curry, the black pepper, the thyme, the oregano, the ground chili and the salt. Reserve 50 Gr. Of this preparation, we will use it in the appanado.
3. Then add the water little by little. We need a mixture between liquid and thick. Remove the skin to the wings, wash them very well and throw them into the mixture. Let marinate at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
