Crispy baked chicken strips

1. To prepare our chicken fingers we will start by cutting the breast into strips. Actually strip cuts are a formality, simply cut the chicken into small pieces so you can eat the dish with your hands without problems.





2. To give flavor we have to marinate the chicken. To do this, place all pieces in a bowl and add mustard, salt and pepper. Mix everything well so that the chicken is impregnated well with the flavors and reserve in the fridge between 10 and 15 minutes. I like strong flavors and thats why I have used mustard, if you prefer that your crispy chicken strips have a more flavor Sweet you can wear barbecue or ketchup sauce.





3. While the chicken is filled with flavor we start preparing the batter. To make a different battering I have decided to crush some spicy snacks, you can use corn flakes, bright bodies or potatoes to make a crispy batter. Try this until it turns it into dust.





4. Mix this with breadcrumbs to reduce the intensity of the flavor a bit and we already have our baked chicken bounced. In case you do not like to use this type of snacks, you can simply use breadcrumbs, but in that case, adds Some spices such as paprika (sweet or spicy), turmeric and cumin.
