Creole chicken recipe

The tomato and pepper are chopped, the onion is cut into thin slices, the Creole potato is thrown once peeled, the salt and herbs are added to taste.

4 skin without skin
4 large tomatoes
1 large onion
1/2 small red pepper
4 Creole potatoes (yellow potatoes)
