Cream chicken recipe

Cream chicken ingredients:
1½ kilograms of chicken in pieces
2 cans of half cream type Nestlé
1 chili Dust
1 green pepper cut into strips
Additional characteristics: medium, spicy, boiled cost

Cream chicken ingredients:

1. The first thing you should do to prepare cream chicken is to cook meat with water, salt and pepper. Meanwhile, take a saucepan and add the butter to melt.



Trick: You can use the parts of the chicken that you like the most to make this recipe.





2. When the butter is melted, add the clean Chile (without nuggets), the onion cut into julienne and the green pepper cut into strips to cook and soften a little. The Chipotle Chile can be added at this time too or, if you do not want to contribute so much spicy to the sauce, you can liquefy it only with a little water and salt and reserve it in another container as a separate sauce.



Trick: You can use any Chile that you like, such as Serrano Chile, Yellow Chile, Jalapeño, etc., everything will depend on whether you want it to be very spicy or not. Likewise, you can replace it with red bell pepper.





3. Once the previous ingredients begin to be soft, incorporate the half cream and the crumbled chicken consommé. You can crush the sauce when the ingredients have been integrated and re -enter it in the casserole.



Trick: You can replace the consommé pill with a couple of tablespoons of chicken cooking water, since the objective is to enhance the taste of the sauce.





4. When the chicken is well cooked, add it to the pan with the sauce, move it, cover the saucepan and let it boil for 5 minutes over low heat.



Trick: If you want the cream chicken to remain with a more liquid sauce, see adding tablespoons of water, or the meat cooking broth, until you find the desired texture.
