Ingredients to make Christmas turkey:

1. Inject to the turkey by different parts the cognac, then alíñaloo with a preparation performed by mixing the garlic, complete dressing, cumin and salt.

5. If you want, you can also prepare a sauce with apples, nuts and plums, previously cooked and crushed together with the thick cream. This step is optional, since you can opt for the sauce that you like the most.
