Chocolate quail recipe

Fry the bacon pieces in the oil, remove it and, in the same fat, saute the ham cut into daditos. Remove it. Season and brown the quail, flame them with the brandy.

4 quail
200 gr. of ham
100 gr. of bacon
1/2 l. Of white wine
3 tablespoons of tomato
2 chocolate pills
1 cup of brandy
oil
salt
pajil
laurel
