Ingredients to make chicken wok:
1. To perform this tasty chicken and vegetable wok, we will first cut the peppers and carrots in julienne, the mushrooms in sheets and we will chop the leek/onion (I have done it with leek, but it is also worth doing it with onion, because it will help us to give more flavor).
2. Next we pour the chicken broth and put it to heat in the wok (I have done it with half a pill dissolved in a glass of water). The leek and the mushrooms are added so that they are pointed at the broth over low-medium heat (go control).
3. Meanwhile, the other vegetables (which would need more cooking time) are put in a suitable recipient for microwave to steam (Lékué, for example). In case you do not have, you can put in a plastic bag, which is well closed. To the microwave for 8 minutes to 850 kW and then, they are added to the wok. If you prefer to do everything to the wok, put them directly next to the leek and the mushrooms (but keep in mind that in this case the cooking time will be greater).
4. While we cook the vegetables (either in the microwave or in the wok), we take chicken contramuslos and take away the fat and nerves they may have. Then we cut them into pieces. You can also use a breast, but the thigh or countermuslo is preferable since it is tastier.
5. When the vegetables are already to the dent, we add the chopped chicken, revolve and also add the two tablespoons of honey and a jet of soybeans (to taste). Let cook for a while for the chicken to be done. We will control the amount of broth in case it is necessary to add a little more so that it does not stick, or, if you prefer, a little olive oil.
6. When everything is to the point, turn off the fire and we can already place the chicken wok and honey vegetables.
7. In my case, I decided to accompany this delicious chicken wok with Yakisoba style noodles, but it can also be good with rice, with potatoes or as a single dish … enjoy!
