Chicken recipe with sweet potato and cuscous

Ingredients to make chicken with sweet potato and cuscous:
1 unit of sweet potato
2 units of thigh and pollslo of chicken
1 glass of cuscous
1 onion
1 tablespoon of butter
1 jet of olive oil
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of ground black pepper
1 pinch of Ground white pepper

Ingredients to make chicken with sweet potato and cuscous:

1. We gather all the ingredients to prepare the chicken with sweet potato and cuscous.





2. In an oven tray, we put some olive oil along with the chunched onion in large hoops. Add the chicken and dress with a little salt and ground black pepper.





3. To cook the sweet potato, we wrap it on silver paper and put it in the oven at 180ºC a little before the chicken, as 20 minutes before.





4. We put the baked chicken at 180ºC and let it cook for approximately 25-30 minutes.





5. To prepare the cuscous, we put water (the same amount as couscous) with a little salt and when we start boiling we throw the cuscous and remove from the heat. Let me rest a little and add butter. We mix with the tip of a fork and dress with a little ground white pepper.





6. Once the chicken is ready, we verify that the sweet potato has cooked correctly. To do this we can prick it with a knife or fork. We open the sweet potato and split it unevenly.
