Chicken recipe with mushrooms and onion

For 4 people ::
1 large chicken.
A medium onion.
3 carrots.
200 g of mushrooms.

2. Sazon and sauté in a pan with little oil a few minutes until it is brown and once gold we take a plate and then finish cooking it.

3. We clean and chop the mushrooms and leave in water some time, so that they release the Earth.

4. We chop the onion in Brunoise (fine minced) and the sliced carrots.

5. We fry the onion and carrot in chicken oil until it begins to brown.

6. We then add the mushrooms and saute everything together a few minutes.

7. We pour the stir-fry into a casserole and hot, add the flour and remove the vegetables.

8. We throw the chicken in the casserole, wet with two glasses of water, add the meat concentrate and the Jerez.

9. We rectify salt and let cook, covered, until the chicken is tender and the middle sauce consumed.

10. We serve hot.
