Chicken recipe in peach sauce

The chicken with salt and pepper is seasoned.

Ingredients to make chicken in peach sauce:

1/4 cup of dry white wine
2 tablespoons of vinegar

1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons of peach syrup

2. In a pan place the butter and oil and when it is hot, the chicken is sealed until slightly brown.

6. Apart in a processor, puree with the peaches, the syrup, the vinegar and the wine. Add it to the previous mixture and turn off.

7. Check the taste and if you want sweeter, add more syrup.

8. In a fountain put the chicken, pour on the sauce and bake for 45 minutes at 350 °.
