Chicken light empanadas recipe

The onion and red pimento are cut very fine and sauté in the pan with the water and the broth cube over medium heat until they are almost cooked, there is added the chicken misconduct and cut very small in squares. A few minutes before the chicken is cooked, the tablespoon of mustard is added. At the end of the chicken cooking, it is splashed and allowed to cool. Before putting together the empanadas, the olives and the chopped hard egg are added. Once armed, they cook them as any baked empanada the necessary time … and to savor … !!!!
