Chicken jamoncitos recipe with almond scab

1. We start cleaning the jamoncitos well and removing the skin. 2. We preheat the oven to 180ºC. We are going to prepare the ingredients for the batter. In a plate we put the beaten egg and on another dish we mix well the grated cheeses with the chopped almonds and the pinch of paprika. First we pass the jamoncitos through the beaten egg

75 gr of almonds without toast chopped (battered). Of sweet paprika (battered).
