Chicken fricasé recipe with mushrooms

The fricasé is a dish originally from France, it consists of a chicken stew that takes place with different ingredients, in this case with mushrooms. 5 units of chicken thigh
1 red onion unit
2 cloves of garlic
200 grams of mushrooms
80 milliliters of white wine or red
300 milliliters of milk cream (1½ cups)
20 milliliters of olive oil

1 pinch of pepper

Ingredients to do chicken fricas with mushrooms:

1. Before making this recipe, the first step is to enlist all ingredients.





2. In a pan with oil, seal the chicken thighs previously seasoned until golden brown.





3. In the same pan, with a little oil, sauté the onion and garlic finely cut until everything is golden.





4. Add the mushrooms cut into slices and sauté for a few minutes, add the wine and wait for alcohol to evaporate.





5. Next, add the milk cream and cook for a few minutes. Rectify salt and pepper flavor to taste.
