Ingredients to make chicken flamenquins:
1. We start preparing all the ingredients.
2. We put the fillets on the clean countertop and we add a slice of cheese to each steak.
3. We do the same with the York ham and add one or two slices on the cheese, leaving the ham in the center. We roller doing some pressure so that the flamenquines are well subject.
4. To give more consistency to the battering and facilitate the breadcrumbs, we will pass the flamenquines (already rolled) by beaten egg before.
5. Now is the time to pass them through the breadcrumbs.
6. We put the oil to heat and, once hot, we fry the flamenquins by turning at approximately 2 minutes so that they are well made on both sides.
7. and this would be the final result, some delicious chicken flamechins, to suck your fingers. If you eat them in summer, accompany them with a fresh gazpacho!
