Chicken croquettes recipe

The Bechamel in a saucepan or microwave we heat the half liter of milk and reserve. In a casserole, we melt two tablespoons of butter and quickly add, three spoonfuls of flour.

2. I fry without burning the flour.

3. Then we add all the hot milk and still stir, salt and pepper with a touch of nutmeg. The Bechamel sauce has to be quite thick. We reserve and let cool.

4. On a plate or bowl, we place the bread, bathed in a little milk. We chop well finely, the leek and fry.

5. Before golden, we add chicken breasts, well cut by knife (very small pieces).

6. We add to the Bechamel, the chicken, a handful of grated cheese, the well-minced parsley and finally the chopped and well drained bread. We already have the mass of the croquettes, which we will let cool about three hours in the fridge (thus, they are easier to manipulate).

7. We place three dishes, with flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs.

8. We take with my hands very clean, a little of the dough and shape.

9. We pass carefully, flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs.

10. Finally, we fry in a pan with oil.

11. We place them on a plate with absorving paper, so that they drain excess oil.
