Chicken Contramuslo Recipe with rice

1 chicken countermus
2 cloves of garlic
½ onion

1 pinch of sweet paprika
1 pinch of dye
1 pinch of salt

Ingredients to make chicken contramuslo with rice:

1. We bathe the pan to put it to heat and start the chicken recipe with rice. Thus, when the oil is hot we add the contramuslo.

2. While the meat is cooked, we preheat the oven at 200 ºC and we are chopping the garlic and onion teeth.

3. Add the garlic and onion chopped to the pan, and we wait a few minutes until these ingredients are brown a little.

4. Once golden, we add 1 glass of rice to the pan along with the sweet paprika and the dye to taste.





5. Remove well until it is ready and, at this point, place the chicken countermuse with rice and vegetables in a tray suitable for the oven and add the chicken or cooked broth.

6. We put it in the oven, we wait for the rice to absorb the entire broth and chicken to be at its point. We have almost ready our paella dish with chicken countermus.
